Major Projects

East Broad Corridor

As a major east-west thoroughfare in Whitehall, E. Broad Street has attracted major development projects, from a $50 million investment into Norton Crossing, to the Wasserstrom Company headquarters, to the new Whitehall branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library.

Broad and Hamilton Redevelopment Zone

The City has partnered with national real estate developer, N.R. Investments to develop the 50-acre site at the corner of Broad and Hamilton into a mixed-use residential and commercial hub.
