A Decade of Development
Since 2010, over $114 million in private and public economic investment per square mile has been completed, is in progress or has been committed in Whitehall. This amount of economic investment is unprecedented, and has been an integral part to Whitehall’s comeback story. East Broad Corridor
As a major east-west thoroughfare in Whitehall, E. Broad Street has attracted major development projects, from a $50 million investment into Norton Crossing, to the Wasserstrom Company headquarters, to the new Whitehall branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library.
Broad and Hamilton Redevelopment Zone
The City has partnered with national real estate developer, N.R. Investments to develop the 50-acre site at the corner of Broad and Hamilton into a mixed-use residential and commercial hub.
